I was well taken care of! I anticipated a long wait to have my Genesis repair completed since I had a Friday appointment, but after getting my loaner car dropped off in the mo I anticipated a long wait to have my Genesis repair completed since I had a Friday appointment, but after getting my loaner car dropped off in the morning, I received a call that afternoon that everything was complete. It was a pleasant surprise to get my vehicle back so quickly. The valet drop off/pick up service is so convenient. JC was great with communication and explained everything perfectly to me. Excellent customer service from JC, and all other Service Department employees. I had an easy time making a convenient appointment, and, as an added bonus, they wash your car.
