Excellent facility and service. Several high mileage services were done and the costs were in line with what I have experienced in the past at other mechanics. Would have been a 5 star experience except I was sent to Hyundai NW to perform 2 Genesis recall services. I called Genesis corporate and they were puzzled. Hyundai NW is NOWHERE near the quality of service and I was not happy about having to leave my car there for nearly 5 days to perform the 2 recalls. Their process for recalls is horrible and parts were evidently not immediately available. How can you issue a recall and not have parts available at Genesis to do the recall fixes? More
