JC and the mechanic were both great when I dropped my car off. I was there for an oil change, and was going to wait for it, when they came to tell me that something else was wrong. They encouraged me to leave my car there, while they continued to troubleshoot. It's a good thing they did because once they were done working on it everything was covered under warranty. HOWEVER if I'd just done the oil change and taken off, the suspension issue they discovered would have been a HUGE financial fix when it finally broke. More

Everyone's really friendly. I appreciate the staff greeting me and keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. The facility is impressive. However, the waiting area's large window, while offering a pleasant view, presents a significant challenge due to direct sunlight. The windows brightness make it uncomfortable. The absence of blinds makes it an issue, impacting both customers and staff. More

Went in for a buff on side panels, and a rattling noise in the back. Mechanic/Technician sends me a video of stating it’s a tool box I have in the back. I would hope a premium luxury vehicle/dealership would provide that. I also told my service advisor that I was running low on coolant Basically to summarize it seems like there is not a lot of effort happening when it comes to servicing the vehicle. I had just went into service in December 2024 and was told everything looks great and no even 2-4 weeks later I was told car needs an alignment. Overall I am highly disappointedly with quality of care and service. More
