Tony, one of the agents, went out of his way on his day off to contact his manager about our situation. We needed our trade-in to open the garage door to get inside. It was 7:30 p.m., 30 minutes before closing. Long story short, we had no problem; they did not want us further inconvenienced. What dealership would allow a customer to take home their weekend trade-in after purchasing a new vehicle on a Saturday night? Tony saved us from spending the weekend at a hotel without our prescription meds. The manager and Tony are our heroes! More
