Tom was very helpful as was Israel when we finally signed final purchase documents. However, not giving them 5 stars because when we were negotiating price, Matt (Manager), was terse because he was angry th final purchase documents. However, not giving them 5 stars because when we were negotiating price, Matt (Manager), was terse because he was angry that we decided not to trade in our old vehicle. When we were in the week prior and discussed all the options, trade in or not, we hadn't yet settled on the sales price of the new vehicle because Tom stated that January rebates were not yet known. We kept the trade in at that point. We didn't sign an actual sales contract on that day in December but signed a preliminary pricing sheet. Matt made us feel that we were bound by that preliminary pricing sheet and pretty much said to take it or leave the final sales price offer on the new car. We were forced to purchase all of the dealer add-ons even though we live 20 miles from the nearest Washtub car wash and won't be able to use it much, if at all. A $1,000 rebate was also pulled at the last minute. I switched from Audi to Genesis for this car purchase and was always happy with the Audi sales process over the course of 18 years that we purchased Audi vehicles. Much different experience here with the manager, unfortunately. More
