The dealership has good individuals, but no management. The process was slow and the employees not properly trained. The salesman did not know how to explain the use of the vehicle and especially the connection to Apple Car Play and the set up of the vehicle. I had to return to the dealership three days later to work with a more experienced salesperson who knew how to deliver a vehicle and completely explain the use of the vehicle. In conclusion, the dealership and vehicle are proposed to be a luxury line of cars, but in actually it is an organization that could not effectively and efficiently sell a utility trailer. More
