Because I got there at 10:00 and talked to a service member about my issues aboit my car. I asked how lon it would take and told him that if was going to long I would rather be dropped off. It was three hour later before I talked to someone in management. At that time my car was finished with the roters and had to schedule an appointment for my none working 12v plug. The information and advice given by the salesman was outstanding, above excellent. The final purchasing, pick up and paper work were terrible. Shane (Sales) was very impressive. He was pleasant and attentive. He had excellent knowledge of all the vehicle's "bells and whistles" (which takes a great deal of effort to learn), and was able to answer our questions. He was very polite, and never "pushy". In short, he was a real pleasure to deal with. He is an asset to your organization. Israel (Business Office) was also very pleasant to work with. He has excellent knowledge of all the involved paperwork and ability to explain it. He led us through the paperwork process in a very pleasant and efficient manner. From a dealer management perspective I should note that he is also a very effective salesman for your extended warranty plans - very informative, but not pushy. I also met the Service Manager (I regretfully don't recall his name). He took the time to show me the shop and talk about the servicing process. The dealership facility is extremely well-done and very impressive. More
