Check-in was seamless. Everyone was courteous. Person who called to inform me that service was requires, told me service should take about a half hour, but it was an hour Everyone was courteous. Service of the vehicle was good. They tried to upsell services that were not necessary on a vehicle with 29000 miles according to Genesis G90 Ultimate maintenance schedule. What got me upset was the condition of the vehicle post service. There were splatters of fluid in the engine bay and greasy fingerprints and smudges inside and outside the vehicle. I had them wipe down the engine bay but it still showed signs of careless work. The white leather interior front seat, door handles inside, switches, and seat adjustment knobs were soiled with grease or oil. So I spent an hour cleaning inside and out when I got home. As you probably guess by now I keep my vehicles in pristine condition and was very disappointed. Perhaps someone who does not care much about their car would be ok with this but I am not. When I checked in the representative said we normally offer a free wash but your car does not need it. I agreed. Prior to driving away after service when I pointed out the above issues, they offered a free wash but I declined as at that point I was not happy and did not have more time to wait. I will not return to this dealership unless there is improvement in their care of vehicles handed in for service. More

Cancelling g and getting a refund turns out to be a 2 month process which is ridiculous. More
