You did a great job on the vehicle service and washing the vehicle. But I had to wait 6 weeks to get my vehicle in for service (i.e. I called to book an appointment in early December and didn't get the ap the vehicle. Also, the Valet Service wasn't available, which is part of my purchase. Also, you ran out of loaner cars the day I dropped the vehicle off. And interestingly enough my invoice has a charge for Valet Service on it for $144.60, and not sure why when it wasn't even available? More
Other than not having a loaner car available as I anticipated from Genesis and over 30 years with Lexus, everything else was top drawer. Great Salesperson in Dana Milang. ..The transaction was reasonably smooth...He is seasoned and been around the car business for a while ( I can tell). Included in my transaction was a window tinting in which I waited for 6 days after close before I was finally contacted about scheduling an appointment. I'm sure it would have been longer if I hadn't called Dana several times to get this done. He got with the Service group each time but I never received a call...Finally, Dana got with his Manager who apparently was able to get the Service Dept to call me to schedule. When you promise something in a deal, provide it at closing...period. You expect and demand that from the Buyer and we should expect that from the Dealer as well. This required me to drive back to Naples and basically waste an entire morning of my time on something that should have been on my car at closing. Second, I purchased the auto on the Jan 1 and apparently your gas pumps weren't operational...I was due a full tank of gas...I was told to fill up with REGULAR gas (although the manual clearly says to use Premium) and send a copy of the receipt and I would be reimbursed... I was reimbursed after several days but frankly, I expect SERVICE when I purchase a car. I don't won't to have to go thru a bunch of work to receive something I should have received when I drove off the lot....Have one of your own employees go to a station and fill it up and provide me with a full tank of gas when I purchase the auto. Finally, a small note but in line with the other comments I made: I am due a promotional TV...I have not received that either. I'll repeat my earlier comments....When you promise something in a deal, provide it at closing...period. You expect and demand that from the Buyer and we should expect that from the Dealer. If not, it stains your reputation. More
