Dealership performed all the necessary repairs and Peter was very pleasant to work with, however, having to leave your vehicle for almost one month is unacceptable. I'm sorry to say that service from this dealer does not compare well. Twice I was told there would be a loaner car for when I brought my GV80 in for service, only to learn at the last minute that no loaner compare well. Twice I was told there would be a loaner car for when I brought my GV80 in for service, only to learn at the last minute that no loaner cars were available after all. It was too late for me to not have a car as I am a business owner with obligations, so I had to keep rescheduling, and was 2,000 miles overdue for the service when I could finally get in! Thank God they offer the valet service - but you have to plan quite far in advance to get that. For the cost of this car, I expect much better treatment when it comes time to service - like I used to get at the BMW and Volvo dealerships. More

Scheduling an appointment is impossible. The APP never has dates available 3-6 months out to schedule. Left (2) voice messages with service trying to schedule 8,000 mile service and no on The APP never has dates available 3-6 months out to schedule. Left (2) voice messages with service trying to schedule 8,000 mile service and no one returned my calls. On my third attempt to schedule an oil change, it took 30 days to get in for service. My appointment on Saturday went well other than no loaner cars available. To compete with BMW service level, Genesis needs to step up their service game. . More

2024 Genesis G90 was listed on their website as new. It is actually pre owned. Eddie Garcia, a manager, charged my debit card for $517.50 as a deposit for the car. I called Mr. Garcia’s extension to cancel the transaction and asked for my money back. He never returned my call. More
