Service was fast, lounge area is decent, staff was very polite. However, I find it disgusting that they refer to all the expenses related to vehicle maintenance as “an investment”. The service facility was extremely friendly and helpful to resolve my issues. Eric, my service advisor was great and his recommendation to conduct a test drive with one of the mechanics (don’t recall his n to resolve my issues. Eric, my service advisor was great and his recommendation to conduct a test drive with one of the mechanics (don’t recall his name) proved beneficial to finding the issue causing the poor response and performance involving the turbo system. The solution would take a few days so Eric was able to provide me a loaner vehicle to goodbye. At the same time I was able to take advantage of a Warranty issue I had pre-purchased getting my wheels coated. Everything was completed in a timely manner and not the deadline I needed. I’ll definitely be back for future services. Thank you to team for making it happen.! More
