Our experience with the service department was very disappointing. The quality of work by the mechanics on a recall repair was questionable at best. I have owned 6 Mercedes Benze, 2 BMWs and brands including Volvo, Saab, Mini Cooper, Jeep Wrangler, Eddie Bauer Ford Bronco, Fiat Spyder, Toyota, Honda and Dodge and the Genesis experience has been exceptional - both service and now again Sales. The two month sales process with Fernando Sotelo and his support and leadership team of Paris Song and Alex Shikhmuradov was masterful. I felt their sincere desire not simply to sell me a car but to make certain the experience was thoughtful, straightforward and personal. They never spoke negatively about other brands I was considering and stood strong with Genesis. No non sense and no shenanigans... My 2026 Genesis GV60 was an easy decision and it was a nice balance of customer service and an outstanding automobile with style and luxuriousness.
