Purchased a 2021 GV80 over the internet and needed to find a Dealership to go over the vehicle. After calling two dealership in Maryland and Pennsylvania which didn't have the greatest customer service a find a Dealership to go over the vehicle. After calling two dealership in Maryland and Pennsylvania which didn't have the greatest customer service attitude. I then called Genesis of Greensboro. I happen to be in town and the service manager Matt went over the car for free. I was in after that. He then told me to contact Jason (JJ) to arrange some repairs I needed done to the vehicle to return it to top condition. They had availed a courtesy vehicle after 2 repairs. Fixed every recommended suggestion to my complete satisfaction. And washed the car. Yes, I am thoroughly impressed! Thank you. I drove back today ( March 1, 2024 ) 400 miles and the vehicle performed like new. Matt and Jason of Genesis in Greensboro made me a customer. Will probably buy my next Genesis from them.
