Arrived without a service appointment. Was welcomed, the replacement part I needed was in stock. Service took me immediately and repaired my car. I took my vehicle in for annual maintenance an a safety inspection. Service tech offered me a loaner car while they completed services. Expected better. To be fair we were shopping on a Saturday when they were busy. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and we were happy about our choic To be fair we were shopping on a Saturday when they were busy. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and we were happy about our choice and the price. Then things went sour. Sales mgr was busy, and the salesman had to shuttle back and forth. I had to point out that the deal offered was higher than the deal posted on their web site. After adjustment we agreed and scheduled to return on Tues to close. We live an hour away and had a busy day, but left plenty of time…. Not Meanwhile, when I was getting a cashier’s check I noticed a $400+ charge in addition to the dealer charge. Called sales guy who called me back to say that was a mistake. The computer inserted the wrong value. I’m sorry, but the dealer is responsible, not the “program.” So we drive to the dealer on Tuesday, ready to roll. Except the sales guy calls me 5 min. before we arrive, saying the finance guy may be late. Two hours later the finance guy shows up. In those two hours the sales manager never greets us. The finance guy treats us like an annoyance. I should say we paid cash, so we weren’t asking anything weird. This is not what I expect from a “luxury” dealer. More
Slow to finance and not truthfull about finance rate. 15 hours to get the vehicle financed. Told salesman I would go to my bank and called them while I was at dealership. My bank approved me over the phone at 10% the salesman stated I was approved at 8%. Actually the rate was 10.49. Tool forever to verify my income even though I had two forms of income verification I had documentation. Salesman said the tire sensor was bad and wrote it into contract. Two weeks later I called and still no sensor. Spoke with shop and they had not received an order from front. Another 150 miles and four hours later it was repaired until I got 25 miles up the road. I called back next day and got the runaround again. Then I called genesis and raised xxxx. They called back from dealership to make an appointment for a new sensor. Another sever hours later the service guy came out a said that had replaced all sensors. After about 500 miles and 12 hours driving plus the waiting it was fixed. I went to my bank got a signature loan for 8.25% and payed the finance company off. Now waiting for clean title. No liens. Free and clear title. Been almost a month now. I think I was profiled because of my age and how I was dressed. I could have payed cash for 80% of what you had in Stock. Don’t judge what a man can afford because how he looks and talks. More
