He was probably the best service manager I ever dealer with. He tells you the truth on what’s really needed to maintain your car. Genesis/Mazda of Wayne were the worst people I ever dealer with. Genesis of white plains new service manager was trying to make me get things done that weren’t even needed. I went to John 6000 miles after my last service I had in white plains and basically told me my car was great and just needed a few things done. I brought up the fact that white plains wanted me to get a wheel alignment and new tires soon because they are running low. Well John’s team rated my tires a 7 and were ok and wheel alignment wasn’t needed as my car runs straight. Most service guys are crooks but John is great. More
