My recall service was supposed to take 1:45-2 hrs. It was over 3 hours when I finally got my car. At the 1hr 45 min point, I was told I’d have the car in 15 min- it was getting washed. I will not be coming back to Englewood for service again. My service tech was not helpful either; she even went to the adjacent building to avoid me! More
