I worked with Cecil when I first came in. What a great guy! He and his team treated me with respect and kindness I’ve never received at any dealership. My last experience at Gower Ford was awful, so this was a breath of fresh air! Even the man I worked in financing was great. He got me the exact rate I requested, that I worked very hard to earn. There were a few minor issues with the car I noticed, mentioned to Cecil, and he along with Les agreed to my requests to fix. I dropped my car off a few days later, Les called me up the next day, my car is now perfect! I know if I ever need anything, some advice about my car or need some maintenance, those fellas are just a phone call or text away. I highly recommend Genesis, and will continue to look at this dealership before any others.,Last thing, Cecil offered me a ride home so my wife could leave during the paperwork signing, and in case something didn’t go through.
