Brought my 2018 Jeep Renegade in under warranty repairs to get the power steering system replaced on 1/17/2020. It’s now been an entire week and they’re still unable to supply me with a rental, 9 months pr to get the power steering system replaced on 1/17/2020. It’s now been an entire week and they’re still unable to supply me with a rental, 9 months pregnant and left without a car.. possibly have to go another week or month like this. To get any updates on my vehicle I have to call in and sit on hold everyday just for them to beat around the bush and say they’ll give me a call when they find out anything new (never do) Even contacted Jeep Corporate who is willing to cover the rental for additional days, but they’re also leaving them on hold for long periods of time and not updating them. Extremely disappointed with the customer service, wish I had never bought a new car from Genes Chrysler in Fairbanks. More

Female in service, name starts with m. Tells customer with fuel pumping out of motor to just drive it, car ends up on fire. Seriously bad. Then customer gets blamed, new vehicle, inspector called in, thi with fuel pumping out of motor to just drive it, car ends up on fire. Seriously bad. 2018 Ram 3500 Big Ed did a very good job taking care of my though the purchasing process. I when in and had terrible credit and walk out with good payments and a nice truck if you go it there super nice very friendly and always ask if you need help and if your car is in the shop the give you a ride we’re you need to go which I’ve never seen before so that’s a plus. I will be getting another truck from them one day this dealership is top notch and the very best I’ve been to the sales men are good the dont beat around the Bush there straight to the point.
