Service rep was polite but not forthcoming about the damage to the vehicle. I have only used the service dept. at this dealership. I just got the vehicle back that I had serviced, so I can’t comment on their work, but the person I talked to about scheduling an at this dealership. It is generally good but I have had two bad experiences with the service dept. once they failed to honor a service agreement we had purchased and yesterday they tried to sell me a new tire when all I want with the service dept. once they failed to honor a service agreement we had purchased and yesterday they tried to sell me a new tire when all I wanted was a screw removed and the tire repaired. They informed me it wasn’t repairable and wanted $235 to replace a nearly new tire. I took it to my usual tire shop and had the tire fixed for $20. When buying our car the process took hours when if they had just done as we asked (bought with Costco membership). We could have been done in under an hour easy. Instead they jacked us around for nearly 4 hours. More
