I made an appointment for an alignment, 9:30 am Saturday. I picked up my Tundra at 5:30 pm. Unacceptable if you ask me. They did offer to Uber me anywhere in town, however that kinda defeats the purpose of the appointment for such a minor maintenance item. Disappointing! More
