My salesman Jake Chester was awesome and very patient with me. He did exactly want I requested, to stay in contact. Even if to just say "I'm still looking or working on it." Now the fiance department with me. He did exactly want I requested, to stay in contact. Even if to just say "I'm still looking or working on it." Now the fiance departmentis another story. They lied and said they needed to add $2000 extra month to my income. $1000 to my wage and $1000 to my social security payment, then sign a paper saying the information was correct. My income was sufficient to get loan without messing with the numbers. Financial guy Austin said they have to per the bank add 30%. Well 30% was $407. I still wouldn't sign, he went and got his supervisor who said yes the bank requires up the income 25%. (Now at this point I have been told the bank requires adding $1000, 30%, and 25%. Get the lie straight and then come to me.-Real Talk). Whether this information was correct or not, I was signing a piece of paper stating it was correct and it wasn't. I just verified with City Bank and they said "they do not require that." The manager said that City bank values me as such a loyal customer, they change the numbers, to original numbers I put on my application. Funny thing, I don't bank with City Bank. First time Interacting with them by applying for this loan. I have no idea why all the lies. I didn't call them out. I still had things to do and just wanted to get this done. If it was because I was a female who was there by myself and they thought they could get over on me, I have no clue. Despite that I had a great experience with my salesman Jake. I really love the car he found me. More
