Purchased a vehicle in late February, immediately began having issues with vehicle, took it back to dealership and went from spark plug issues to needing the whole engine replaced, after this there was nex having issues with vehicle, took it back to dealership and went from spark plug issues to needing the whole engine replaced, after this there was next to no communication, I was told to get a rental through the dealership and called and messaged multiple times and was ignored, went a month without a vehicle, then after I got my vehicle back they had replaced the engine but not put coolant, so overheated. Very disappointed in entire experience. More

On numerous occasions, details were left out , repairs that were known where not addressed immediately. On more than one occasion- my warranty was not used , when it should have been, non-Toyota parts wer that were known where not addressed immediately. Diagnostic reports show more than instance of “PASSED “ status when components and functionalities were not even looked. They charged me thousand for things they claimed were causing issues , after they completed the work, the same issues existed - and my car was put on the road as “ SERVICE COMPLETED “ when in fact it was unsafe to drive , - shortly there after an advisor whom I didn’t even work with - told me to give good reviews Venice’s it specifically affected his paycheck no matter how the technicians perform. Sad deal especially when considering how Superior Toyota is manufacturer. Probably going to try taking this to Judge Judy. One of the advisors is excellent, other have been dismissive, one even stated “yea this should have been done”. Luckily when my vehicle broke down primarily due to their neglect to do what wanted and asked , no one died More
I returned from having my car serviced and read the report. I specifically asked for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. That didn't happen.
