Great service. Mechanic took care on not leaving greasy prints both inside and out. Only downer was I had set up a appointment time for 2pm, but there were three cars ahead of me. They gave me a Uber both to take me home and pick me up do to the delay. Overall, I would gladly recommend Gene Messer Kia to friends or family. More
The service department needs attention. When I bring a vehicle in to be serviced they don’t do the job in a timely manner or just don’t do the job at all. It’s happened to me numerous times When I bring a vehicle in to be serviced they don’t do the job in a timely manner or just don’t do the job at all. It’s happened to me numerous times and is starting to become a reoccurring issue. For example, I recently brought my vehicle in due to having a coolant leak (kept having to refill the coolant overflow tank), flat tire and due to my wireless charging not working. The dealership kept my vehicle (Kia Carnival) for 5 days and couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and didn’t do any work to my vehicle. I found this extremely upsetting because I didn’t realize that they only added air in my tire instead of fixing the flat I had while I was in the middle of a 2 hour drive with my 5 children who are all 6 years or younger (still in car seats).
