I was told today that the recall or software update that you did on my vehicle at the 10,000 mile service appointment is what is causing my Sorento to "jerk" when i put it in reverse. i was also told today you did on my vehicle at the 10,000 mile service appointment is what is causing my Sorento to "jerk" when i put it in reverse. i was also told today that i would need to set up a time to leave my Sorento with yall for a few days while they do testing on it. i was also told that i would not be given a "loaner" car for the few days while you have my brand new 2022 kia sorento. Really? i just bought a $45,000 car from you, your going to take it back for a few days???????really> I am a lil angry to say the least. surely you have a better plan than keeping my only car for a few days while yall run tests.
