Very disappointed in my service experience yesterday. Had an appointment at 9:30am for oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 9am. Originally told it would be a 30min wait. Upon checking in told it would be 1.5 hour wait and they offered a ride home. 6 hours later my car was finally finished. Was told they had several people without appointments show up and wait and they got their car service first. Spent the entire day without a car and waiting for a call as to when it would be ready. Very disappointing experience. More
We were an hour early for an oil change and service appointment. Staff got us right in anyway. Everyone was so very friendly and helpful! We travel 121 miles to Gene Messer Kia of Lubbock verses 70 appointment. Staff got us right in anyway. Everyone was so very friendly and helpful! We travel 121 miles to Gene Messer Kia of Lubbock verses 70 miles to Abilene because of Gene Messer Kia's superior customer service. We WILL be back! More

Went in for oil change, they tried to claim we needed an “transmission & coolant service” which ran upwards of $250 combined. I’m glad I declined it as it was not time yet for my car, so thought it weird tr “transmission & coolant service” which ran upwards of $250 combined. I’m glad I declined it as it was not time yet for my car, so thought it weird trying to be upsold on it. Then they didn’t even make sure my tires were up to correct psi had some more than others and the service interval was not set. If that’s a sign of there work I’m glad I didn’t get the extra services, reminds me of an old 20/20 episode where oil/dealership engaged in shady practices (IYKYK). I will not being taking my car back. More
I did give this dealership a 2 star but now I 4 star There was a misunderstanding between the salesman and the manager. I have confidence that they will take care of me. More
