They had my car for 4 weeks, due to a part continuing to get delayed. They never once called me to let me know it was delayed. I only found out from extensive calling, and even then they didn’t have a direc get delayed. They never once called me to let me know it was delayed. I only found out from extensive calling, and even then they didn’t have a direct answer and I was told that they would call me back once they found out. Never got any call backs. By week 2 they had to reorder the part because the first got lost in transit. By week 4 I had to contact another dealership to get the part sent to Lubbock. And even then they still took a week to complete it despite it being a short process to fix. Then they told me it was done and all the paperwork was completed, but I couldn’t get it yet because they had more tests to run. This was 3-4 days after the part arrived. Horrible service, Kyle is terrible, he was the one who said he would call back and never did. And really the only time I ever got a full and thorough and even POLITE response was because my HUSBAND CALLED. Even the other dealership I contacted said their service was unbelievable. Never going back. More
