The check-in process felt like I needed to know the exact specifications of the need to review a certain area of concern with my vehicle. Unfortunately, I am not a vehicle tech or mechanic. My concern ended up being the issue. The older of the 3-gentleman (working the desk area for maintenance) took the initiative to provide updates/status to all guests waiting on vehicles, me included. After maintenance on my vehicle was completed the gentleman checking me out didn’t appear to be knowledgeable nor provide any warranty information after I had requested such details, didn’t bother explaining anything I was signing or show interest, after I expressed the listed name on the service documents/receipts did not match my name he allegedly claimed he had updated the system and made the correction, however, he did not provide any confirmation of the update & I took it upon myself to cross out listed name/address and correct with date and my initials. I received the request for review with the incorrect name, which leads me to believe my information was not corrected/updated. Despite this review the older gentleman (sat in the middle at the maintenance counter) on this particular visit, was the most seasoned, experienced, and provided the most help. More

They had my car for 4 weeks, due to a part continuing to get delayed. They never once called me to let me know it was delayed. I only found out from extensive calling, and even then they didn’t have a direc get delayed. They never once called me to let me know it was delayed. By week 2 they had to reorder the part because the first got lost in transit. By week 4 I had to contact another dealership to get the part sent to Lubbock. And even then they still took a week to complete it despite it being a short process to fix. Then they told me it was done and all the paperwork was completed, but I couldn’t get it yet because they had more tests to run. This was 3-4 days after the part arrived. Horrible service, Kyle is terrible, he was the one who said he would call back and never did. And really the only time I ever got a full and thorough and even POLITE response was because my HUSBAND CALLED. Even the other dealership I contacted said their service was unbelievable. Never going back. More
