I was happy with my vehicle choice until I reached the finance office. The Finance Manager Goran Dobras was professional until we turned down the additional add-ons and payment increases. I took my truck to this dealership to get serviced as I have done many times before. The guy that helped me originally, Andrew, was very professional and phenomenal at his job. When I went to pick my truck have done many times before. The guy that helped me originally, Andrew, was very professional and phenomenal at his job. When I went to pick my truck up, Andrew was unavailable so another employee stepped in to help. He was not nearly as helpful and was argumentative about the use of discounts that the dealership offered. To the point of being absolutely no help or no attempt at helping with this. After contacting Andrew, he quickly and professionally helped resolve the situation in a matter of minutes. Took my motorhome in for service and warranty repairs. Was able to get an appointment with no delay . The entire process was very smooth. Serena, my advisor did a super job of keeping me informed and was Was able to get an appointment with no delay . The entire process was very smooth. The Technician texted a video and found a charging problem that would have caused me concern down the road. Just a great overall job! I definitely recommend this service department. Took my Truck in for Small oil leak. Gene Messer wanted. $1500 to fix it. Way too high! over a week later.The Truck was ready to be picked up. It had a check engine light on it. That was Gene Messer wanted. $1500 to fix it. Way too high! over a week later.The Truck was ready to be picked up. It had a check engine light on it. That wasn’t there when I brought the truck in. Gene Messer. wanted another $450 to fix it. paid $1500 to get it fixed a tech or a mechanic drove my truck to the parking lot and did not say anything about a check engine light! called me and told me to come get my truck now. wasted three or four hours of my time and Gene Messer’s mechanics time. Just to have to put my truck back into the shop and charged me another $450. for a total of $1950.didn’t even change the oil after putting gaskets on the top part of my engine. if Gene Messer would like to make this right I will give a better review but until then I will not bring my business back to Gene Messer. I have bought. two vehicles from Gene Messer.If I’m the only one that thinks this is not a good way to do business. Fast forward two weeks now I have to resubmit this survey because I put my email in here to make sure they knew who I was.
