This was my 3rd and final attempt to use the service department. The service department needs overhaul in my option . I just went ahead and went back to GM and traded in my Aviator because it’s not worth the headache in the Gene Messer service department. When I go to Greg Lair they come to me and ask my needs , at gene Messer I had to go in and ask for help , when I call I talk to a person at Greg Lair not automated inappropriate service machine.
