I changed the tire pressure when I got home, since I have a compressor. I have a service agreement from Ford. This last visit was the third time the DEF was not topped off as per purchased agreement. Thanks, Jeff Lester

I was not informed about the change from conventional oil to synthetic oil and had to pay a much higher price for an oil change. I was very disappointed in the service representative. More
