Service mechanic done a very poor job went in for service light on and took 4 months to work on the and still didn't fix the problem. My car got damaged while it was getting worked on. Scratched my fenders d light on and took 4 months to work on the and still didn't fix the problem. My car got damaged while it was getting worked on. Scratched my fenders damaged my louvers and still charged me $2'200.00 to get my car out. Scratched my polished aluminum dress up that I added on. Not satisfied at all very poor work from mechanic that worked on my car. I give him a zero star in my books. Cut up my new wiring harness no need for that. Still very unhappy with the service mechanic department never did they resolve fixing the main problem with my car after Again spending $2,200.00 my car was running worse then when I took it in to get fixed. I took my car to another mechanic shop to resolve my issue with my car that come to find out that the new parts that were put on at gene messer mechanic department my mechanic showed me where gene messer fouled up my new spark plugs had to buy new spark plugs Amarillo gene messer mechanic also messed up my new wiring harness connectors had to buy new ones all in all it cost me another $2,000.00 to get my car fixed the right way. I would like to be reimbursed from gene messer ford service department for damaging my new parts and never resolving the issue with my car. Mechanic done a very poor job and didn't get my car fixed. Giving y'all a chance to reimburse all my money I spent for a very poor job and was very unsatisfied. I've been taking with my attorney and if we have to we can go further with this issue More

The service tech I worked with was Shalina. She did a great job. Keeping me informed about the repairs and if they found any other issues. Sounded like she worked great with the tech’s as well.
