Took my 2023 Ford F150 Platinum in on Monday with 3 items they were going to address - 2 were recalls and the 3rd was an issue with the back passenger window (it should be a recall item also, as it has happe they were going to address - 2 were recalls and the 3rd was an issue with the back passenger window (it should be a recall item also, as it has happened frequently on this Ford model pickup). Upon drop off, I was assured that getting it back by the upcoming Friday would not be an issue. It became a major issue. As of Thursday afternoon, it hadn’t even been looked at, nor assigned to a technician. Long story short - I got my pickup back on Saturday at noon and only the window had been fixed - neither recall item was even looked at. More
