As a first time Ford owner, to say I'm impressed would be an understatement. I took my newly purchased 2023 Ford Explorer Limited in for service and was treated like a VIP from the get go. Keep on mind, I purchased my car from another dealership in town. I have my own service provider, Noah, who was very helpful and told me too reach out to him if I ever had any concerns. I came in for a software update due to a recall and they also provided a multipoint inspection free of charge! They even drove me home so I didn't have to sit and wait for them to finish and delivered the car to me once it was done! Then, this morning, I woke up to a video detailing the service provided with a list of each item inspected and the result of that inspection. The driver, Bill, who took me home and delivered my car was so sweet and friendly. I've owned multiple cars over the years and had services performed several places, but never given this level of service... you've gained a lifelong customer and I appreciate everything you all did!
