After I called they got me in the next day but did not check car till the next day and repaired the next day. So two days of a rental car was a little unexpected on top of the repair costs. I don’t recommend this dealership to fix your car. I paid them money to only end up taking it to another dealership. They kept my car for over a week and, they had no courtesy cars, so that left me ou I paid them money to only end up taking it to another dealership. Sales staff good, Jeremy at the repair-shop got me in early but wouldn’t fix the driver and passenger door, he showed me what to do. He manhandled when he diagnosed it and that made it worse. They will not schedule repairs, they want you to leave it for a minimum of four to five days. Very unorganized with paperwork, polite but do not communicate well. I do appreciate them getting me in early, very nice. I bought this vehicle in January and they should schedule repairs when they are almost positive what the issue is. Mine was an air conditioner code problem and an hour or two repair. I now have to bring it back in for the door issue, I dread calling even though it is an easy fix which could have been done when they were fixing the air.
