We bought the vehicle there and purchased an extended warranty. After almost a year and about 6,000 miles they fixed what happened. They may have missed a thing or two at the original owner-switch inspec warranty. After almost a year and about 6,000 miles they fixed what happened. It was a really good experience from start to finish. The salesperson AJ was helpful, but not pushy. He had the two trucks I wanted to test drive ready when we came in, and sold us one of them. We had a trade in, and we didn’t get quite what we wanted for it. It needed a bed liner which was going to be an extra expense for, and they included it in price to seal the deal. The folks we dealt with AJ the sales person, and Josh from finance were pleasant people. We would definitely buy from Gene Messer again, as well as share our good experience with others. More

The advisor communicated well during the morning but no notification was given when my car was ready to be picked up. I repeatedly called service advisor & left messages. Still no communication car was ready. I did finally speak with a foreign man at the appointment desk who told me I was third person he knew of who had no calls of work being completed for pick up. So, my husband and I drove to Gene Messer after 6pm; lights were out in service center. I found my freshly washed car unlocked and parked in lot outside service center. Fortunately, I saw an employee leaving a side door to service center. He was a Ford advisor named Noah but he offered to help me pay and gave me keys to my car (there were other keys/paperwork on Lincoln advisor’s desk). Would my unlocked car have sat on lot overnight if I had not driven to dealership after hours and found Noah? I’m disappointed BUT thankful for Noah going “above and beyond” for me. Kudos to Noah!
