We were able to arrive in Amarillo Friday evening, we called Gene Messer Ford. Noah, the Service representative advised us to bring the vehicle in the morning. They resolved the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. Noah and the service personnel were extremely helpful and nice l would highly recommend your dealership to anyone. More

We bought this Lincoln a year ago. It is still under warranty. The service dept. would not return calls even if they promised to call. Had me show up early on a Saturday morning so it could be out that day only to show up where no one knew why I was dropping it off. They keep another week. I would have to go up there because my phone calls were screen and I would get no return calls. This last month it has been there two weeks with it not being repaired. I have asked the representative twice for the service manager to call me, no call backs. I love my Lincoln but would never buy another based on our Lincoln dealership. More
