People were very courteous and nice. The communication wasn’t the best. Was told to let them check and they would get back with me This didn’t happen. I was disappointed in that they had my vehicle for 4 days before it was ever looked at. It would’ve been better to tell me that there was a list and to have made me an appointment when it was time for mine to be seen instead of me having to leave my car there for those 4 days until it was my turn. My vehicle was at the dealership for 11 days which 9 of those days it just sat there. I understand the weekend days and the days waiting on parts. More
