The reason for 3 stars is because the trim was supposed to be replaced on my car and when i asked about it they said it was replaced but replaced with black instead but when i got home my spouse stated the to be replaced on my car and when i asked about it they said it was replaced but replaced with black instead but when i got home my spouse stated they had not replaced the trim and was very upset that i was lied to More

Although it took 8 months to receive the parts needed, the repairs were done quickly. Communication with some of the service liaisons could be better. Tanner was very helpful with squeezing me in to get my car fixed on multiple occasions. Initially on 2 occasions he squeezed me in for crash taping and then again was able to expedite the repair of my sun car fixed on multiple occasions. I truly appreciate the help and communication you and your team ALWAYS provide!
