Every time my car has been in they have had it for two weeks and they never have a loaner car available. The last time I had my car towed in they told me they could look at it mid week, when we call mid w weeks and they never have a loaner car available. It took 3 weeks to troubleshoot and fix an alternator issue under warranty. No car was offered as a vehicle to drive. They are not compensating me fully for the car rental. Only partial.
