It took 2 months to get an appointment. Same issue happened again 2 weeks after my car was “fixed.” Now it will be another 2months to get another appointment. Unacceptable! I have found this dealership to be helpful and kind and efficient and easy to work with. I do not like that the employees are evaluated only by the survey. He was fantastic and even caught a simple mistake (caused by myself not paying attention) anyway, I would be happy to answer any survey at the time of service, maybe offer it as an option? But I am happy to do this now so that Jeff and company are recognized for their work. I love my Seltos and love your dealership, Thank You for keeping myself and my pets that I travel with safe and comfortable!
