Overall ok. Sometimes seemed if I asked questions I was bothering them. Then my car was brought to the front and I said "Oh it is ready." The serviceman walked outside and got in my car and drove it somewhere. He said nothing. He didn't say "Oh, no, we need to do one more thing." or somthing...ANYTHING. He just let me stand there thinking I was checking out. But I just sat down. They did fine, but he just didn't have the "customer" personality. And my tires were not aired up. But I guess I should be thankful because the last 2 times I had my car serviced they inflated them to 40 pounds when it clearly says 35 or 36. They could claim winter temps, but that was not it. They never went below 37, but if I drove it went up to 41! Maybe thinking I will buy tires from you all if they get ruined...not! Anyway, they are at 33 and 34, so I will go to Discount Tire and get them aired up. Just irritating. If I am having something done that I cannot verify if the 24 point check was done (since they don't go over it with you), you want to trust the place. Gay Family Kia is convenient, but they haven't earned my trust. I may just go elsewhere next time. Below you ask how the quality of service is. How do I know? I am not seeing them as they do (or not do) the work. And it has only been a week and I rarely drive. So we shall see. More
