I did not go, my husband took the Sorento for me. I am going to say service was as usual, Great! Cat brought in for recall at 7 am on a Wednesday. Miranda calls two hours later and left message that car was ready to be picked up. I went to pick up on Saturday and was told that they needed to ord Miranda calls two hours later and left message that car was ready to be picked up. I went to pick up on Saturday and was told that they needed to order a part and it would be in in a few days. I left the car there. Then the next Thursday at 5pm I call to ask status and Miranda says the repair is done and car is ready. I inquired if it was really ready and explained what had happened. She put me on hold and said that the car was not ready but it would only take 10 minutes to put the part on and I could pick it up. I picked it up last weekend and pray the repair was really done. Miranda seems to be in a constant state of confusion and not sure why she twice relayed inaccurate information about the repair status Not sure I would used this dealership again. More
