Sam did a great job, but the shop guidlines need improving. After the engine replacement i was informed i needed a front end alignment, due to the fact it had to be disassembled to access the motor. improving. My AC was working when i brought it in ,and when I picked it up, no freon. I had to pay for replacement freon. I understand the cost for shop rates , but when vehicles are brought in a check list should made on the operation of vehicle and components as to what needs to be fixed before work is to be done. Great experience . Had a major problem and Gay Kia and a suppose Kia Motors honored their warranty . My car was in the shop for awhile which was understandable.
