I dropped my car in when the engine went out on it. Sam was supposed to be the man taking care of it. I could never contact him. He would never contact me and let me know what was going on. I tried one day from like 8 o’clock in the morning until 1145 in the afternoon left several several messages and everything else and finally had to get mad and blow up just for the operator to finally find somebody to return my car call I was guaranteed my car was ready when I got off work on a Tuesday to pick it up and I still ended up sitting in the waiting room for a half an hour waiting for them to bring my car out to me. I have now got my car home, but I’m about ready to bring it back because I have a horrible smell of antifreeze every time the car gets hot and I don’t know if there’s a leak in the car or what is going on, but it wasn’t there before I brought the vehicle in and it is there now .
