My car has more problems than before I brought it to your shop. After almost 3 months in your shop, costing over $3,000, my car is now unpredictable and unreliable. I've asked for an itemized statement of all work done, including the recall work, and only received information about the suspension work I had fixed and seat heater that I did not have fixed. I did not receive any information about the main battery other than an inaccurate statement I gave to you about the problems with the battery/milage. I truly believe that I paid over $3,000 for y'all to ruined my car. I'm beyond upset and now I'm screwed because I still owe over $10,000 for my car that is no longer reliable or functioning properly. I wish y'all would just put it back to how it was before y'all touched it. I was only getting about 45-50 miles per full charge but I was able to drive all of those miles. Now the car shows that I get close to 100 miles a charge yet the miles drop 3 times faster and a turtle light pops on and slows me down while showing "Limited Power" on the dash. After full charge it showed 96 miles available. It used 70.3 miles to drive only 25.7 miles with an average of 19 mph. Like I said, I truly believe that y'all ruined my car after having it for almost 3 months. More

As usual, I was very pleased with the Service Department. I have been coming to the service center for several years (I have purchased 3 KIA’s from Gay KIA). I have yet to experience a bad event. This time was no exception and probably one of the better visits. I brought the 2016 Sorento in for the normal maintenance interval. Tanner was amiable and upfront about everything while discussing the processes involved with the current maintenance. While there, Miranda assisted me with a KIA FOB issue. The FOB works great now! Both, Tanner and Miranda always projected positive attitudes – even on a Saturday. More
