Service is mediocre. I really only come back because they're close and I wouldn't have to concern myself with having to start with a new oil brand. This time around, I had a service booked for two weeks, I arrived, everyone was standing around talking to each other, waited for someone to acknowledge me, they sent me over to the desk everyone was standing at as she was my service advisor. Miranda checked me in, 5min later, she left for lunch and spoke to the guy next to her saying she had one waiter. My car is finished. She isn't back. An older gentleman looks at my paperwork, goes to my car, grabbed the key tag for my keys, leaves them on her desk and no one moves. I waited, everyone dispersed to the back, guy next to her desk came back, thought I had just walked in, I said my car was ready and he said well, she's on lunch? OK I didn't come for an oil change to wait for someone's lunch break. Be there when I'm scheduled service with you or make sure someone actually takes care of me. The guy told me the price, didn't go over anything. I asked how it was and if they had recommended any other maintenance, he said no. I was waiting for them to tell me I needed new air filters cause I would have got them but nope... all is good $90. No drinks available, no popcorn or snacks, no car wash or vacuum. For 10 years things have just declined consistently. Proximity is the only thing keeping my business. More

Not only was I surprised about the availability of the part but even happier when they installed the trim and washed the vehicle – awesome service! More
