Horrible customer service I have contacted FOUR different people ( 2 of whom are managers) and have not received a response. I emailed Fort Bend Kia and received a response wit I have contacted FOUR different people ( 2 of whom are managers) and have not received a response. I emailed Fort Bend Kia and received a response within 30 minutes. If you want good customer service I highly recommend Fort Bend Kia. If you want the same customer service you receive at WalMart then I reccomend Gay Kia. More
