Dane identified the vehicle problems and ensured proper repairs. Toby greeted me with his ongoing professional manner and assured me he was available if needed.The oil change & normal service was enhanced by the discovery of other critical repairs needed. As always, Keith, Toby, and Dane were professional, friendly, conscientious, accurate, efficient. Everything was explained in advance including cost estimates, and explained again after completion so no misunderstanding would occur. Marc and Harlan graciously transported me to and from home. Keith Walton Employee of the year for 5 YEARS!! Keith needs to be given a bonus or a raise. SOMETHING!!! I have been going for years with 2 different JAGS. Sure it's more $$ than going to Chief Keith needs to be given a bonus or a raise. SOMETHING!!! I have been going for years with 2 different JAGS. Sure it's more $$ than going to Chief Auto or Pep boys for Firebird parts and installing them yourself!! BUT . . .. don't forget other Euro shops in Las Vegas don't have Dane and his crew to evaluate any problems found in diagnostic testings. Keith tells you about them, but there's no pressure until it becomes serious. I know, been there. Keith's demeanor and professional attitude is *****5 Stars!! Somebody take note!! No other dealership has someone like him. I had 3 Toyota's, 1 BMW, 1 Firebird, several Mercedes (ex's not mine) that I took to F Jones in the 80-90's, and 1 CE Mercedes (leased by ex;mine to drive :(. AND I also had a Berlinetta Camero!!!
