HOWEVER, I would never recommend your dealership to any of my Jaguar owner friends because of the following: 1. $94,05 for a $5.00 thermostat ............... 2. $69.50 for a $12.00 bottle of antifreeze ............. 3. $24.79 for a 4 inch piece of hose ................. 4. $72.56 and $80.43 for radiator hoses ................ The list goes on and on .............. The only thing I am not disgusted with is the labor rate. $140.00 and hour sounds high, but the overall labor cost was fair for a job well done. My hat is off to your mechanics, but not to the owner ............... How much money is enough ???? You are already rich, live with it. I am 82 and living on a fixed income. Your prices continually go up, and the buying power of my retirement dollar continually goes down. Yes, I drive a Jaguar, and am very proud of it. It is 14 years old and I keep it looking and running like new ........... I get compliments everywhere I go. That is a million dollars worth of the best advertising that you can ever get, and it is entirely free ............ and the thanks I get for that is being dramatically OVERCHARGED by my LOCAL DEALER !!!!!! Every time Keith was able to get my Jaguar in and also able to provide a rental car for my husband and I. He keeps us informed of any service repairs that are due and even calls them in to check if the warranty covers it. I highly recommend Keith and this dealership for all of your Jaguar needs. More
