After thoroughly shopping the internet, getting offers and visiting dealerships, Gatorland Toyota was the only one that could make a deal for me. Robert Gordon (Sales) was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and understood my point of view as a purchaser perfectly. He spent all the time necessary with me until we found the right offer that fit all my needs - we looked at and analyzed the Prius C, V, Camry and the Corolla, over more than 3 hours! But what really differentiates Robert from other salesmen is that he shares the numbers with you and he does the numbers from your angle until they are right for you. He makes a deal happen for you. He is a great professional, NOT a pushy salesman! Rick Garcia (finance) went way out of the call of duty and beyond all expectations to get me the best financing possible. He lowered my monthly payment by looking at other alternative schemes that I personally qualified for, rather than having me sign the standard I agreed on with my salesperson. When somebody puts money back into your wallet, they are really taking care of you! Rick makes your day! He not only is a great professional but someone who takes the bother to care! I have now bought 3 Toyotas from Gatorland Toyota, but none of my previous experiences have been so noteworthy. I highly recommend Robert Gordon and Rick Garcia. They are both top professionals in their fields and they have proved to be absolutely trustworthy. I will definitely call upon them again without a doubt! More
I just purchased the 2013 Prius V tonight. Worked with Buck since Thursday. Came in to look at the Scionand fell in love with the Prius V and after that, nothing else measured up. The price was more than i had thought of paying right now and a bit out of my comfort zone. Buck worked hard to make sure that I drove out of there in my dream car. He got my phome sychned with the car before I drove off. I was calling people on my way home telling them I was calling them from my new car. The color is Sea Glass Pearl, which is perfect, and a color I love. I recently remodell my kitchen with sea glass as the primary color. I had to have this car and Buck made sure I got it. Rick, the finance person was very nice, and i have to admit, an excellent salesman, but mt husband agreed that with the technology om this car, that it was a good idea to extend the warranty. I have owned two Toyota's before, my first 1974 Corolla with no A/C and on,y AM radio. The second was an 85 Toyata Landcruiser when I liv in Alaska. Togetherr I drove hem for 18 years, and the Landcruiser was still going strong when i sold it before I moved back to Florida. I have no doubt thst I will be happy with this car. i wanted the high tech features this car had to offer. Outstanding salesmanship. Very personable sales person. Buck got that sale for Toyota and he made me feel great about it. More

I have driven Toyota cars for most of my life. My father has always bought "American" brand names and EVERYONE of them has been a maintenance nightmare. I always told Dad to go down and get a Toyota and all has always bought "American" brand names and EVERYONE of them has been a maintenance nightmare. I always told Dad to go down and get a Toyota and all that would go away! He finally took my advice. They bought a beautiful, fully loaded Venza from Gatorland. He is thrilled with his purchase, and Gatorland has worked very hard to earn and keep his business. For instance, the smart car features were hard for my elderly parents to get used to. They had came in a couple times to the service department, but the technicians could not find any problems with the car. The last time they went in for this problem the GM, Tony Cutrone, took a personal interest in their issue. He had heard about their problem, and he actually came out to hear the issue that they were having for himself. He then put his two top service personnel on the problem. They took us out in the parking lot, and methodically got to the bottom of the problem. We found out that my mother was not turning the ignition off properly. Now that she know what to do she has not had a problem since. How great it is to have a dealership that treats you like family. My parents are happy, and really glad I suggested Gatorland. More
This dealership was absolutely fantastic. Easy to deal with, and they actually are willing to jump through hoops to get things taken care of so that you don't have to. I had issues with getting something corrected on my title, and they took care of the work for me and saved me a lot of headache and hassle. I love this dealership and would highly recommend that you go tot hem first if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I have owned my Highlander for 4 years and have 100,000 I have owned my Highlander for 4 years and have 100,000 miles on the vehicle. I have used Gatorland Toyota Scion for all scheduled service maint I have owned my Highlander for 4 years and have 100,000 miles on the vehicle. I have used Gatorland Toyota Scion for all scheduled service maintenance and have never had a problem or been suggested to do something I felt uncomfortable with. The have all the records available and have notified me as to recalls on parts. They have reminded me more than once when the part has come in; but I have not (too busy or too sick to remember). I have not always had an appointment and am usually in and out in a reasonable amount time (as car service goes). I will continue to take my vehicle to Gatorland Toyota Scion and because my vehicle is in great shape plan on passing it down to my son when he is ready for his first vehicle (2 or 3 years down the road). I am that confident in the vehicle and the service of it. Finally, I know when I pull in if Gene is there he recognizes me and greets me with a smile and a comfortable how are you doing today. Almost every time I have taken my vehicle to Gatorland Toyota there has been an issue. Getting the service manager involved doesn't help much either. He doesn't ever return phonecalls or do what is promised. I waited WEEKS for him to get a chip to update the out-of-date navigation system they installed in my car. Might I add this was the second system change they had already done. I had to contact Regional Toyota to have my issues addressed. Thank you Kirby! Now that I no longer get free service I don't think I will ever take my car back. I took it once to get serviced and told them I wanted it washed. I was called and told my vehicle was ready and it was not washed. I was promised that the next time I brought it back the wash would be free. Not to my surprise the next time I took it back and even told the general manager I wanted it washed, it was not washed! They offered to run it through their "quick" wash, the cheap one which is not what I wanted. I was already late for work and so fed up that I said I'd take it somewhere else. The service manager told me not to kill anyone. Not ever going back to that mess! Unfortunately it is the only one near my home but I am willing to drive farther for good service! More
I have always recieved good service at Gatorland. This time I was only there because my tire pressure light was on and it turned out I had a nail in a tire and required a patch. I'm not sure what system they use to send service reminders but a day or two after my 30k service I recieved a reminder that my 35k service was due. The service reminder shoud be updated after a major service. Also, the monthly calls at the end of the month, letters or both saying would i like a lower interest rate are very annoying. It is like a bait and switch scam since it isn't offering lower interest rate on my current vehicle but wanting to get me into a new vehicle. I have repeatedly asked to have my name removed from the phone and mailing list but the calls and letters keep coming to the point where I plan to report it. I have said I only want to hear anything regarding service. i have said that if and when I want to purchase a new Toyota that I will and have a specific salesman I will use. The monthly calls border on harassment, The service department is great but the monthly calls and letters trying to get me to buy a new car have to stop. Thank you. More
