Fast and easy Gates has really streamlined the car buying experience. Car buying experience We first met Missy, a car salesperson who went with us to test drive a Rav4. We came back the next day before her shift and met Chris. He allowed us to take a car overnight, which was VERY helpful as my husband works a lot and doesn't have a lot of spare time to drive out to Gates and look for a new car.
